RETURNS POLICY
Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning them

Return any unopen product for a prompt, courteous exchange.
After 45 Days
Return any unopen product for a prompt, courteous exchange, less a 20% restocking fee.
After 90 Days
Items shipped to www.needcrystals.com after 90 days will not be accepted for exchange or returned to you.
Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect shipments, noting damage to cartons on the freight bill. www.needcrystals.com will not be responsible unless noted at delivery. Please keep all packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Contact Customer Service at 619-422-7576 within 72 hours to report damage.
Missing Items
Please report missing items within 72 hours at 619-422-7576.

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
